Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the websites and platforms of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (hereinafter referred to as the "Center's Websites"). Use of the Center's Websites constitutes implicit acceptance of these terms and conditions. The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (the "Center") reserves the right to take all legal action in the event of any violation of any of its provisions, including any infringement of intellectual property rights.

Use Restrictions

By using the Center's Websites, you agree to refrain from the following:

· Uploading or downloading files containing software, materials, data, or other information that you do not own or for which you do not have a license.

· Uploading or downloading files containing viruses, corrupted data, or any other malicious software, or doing anything that could affect the integrity, reliability, or continued availability of the information on the Center's Websites.

· Publishing, advertising, distributing, or disseminating defamatory or illegal material or information through the Center's Websites.

· Using any tool, program, or procedure to intercept or attempt to intercept the proper operation of the Center's websites.

· Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable load, excessive download size, or inappropriately uses the Center's website infrastructure.

· Anything that constitutes a violation of the Anti-Cybercrime Law or related regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

· Creating or copying any electronic links to the Center's websites, displaying them, or placing them on any other website, except for placing links to services on websites whose objectives and general direction do not conflict with the objectives, policies, and frameworks of the Center's electronic services.

General Provisions

• The Center shall not be liable for any expenses, losses, costs, compensation, or claims arising in any way, whether general, special, or incidental, or arising from any action related to the use of the Center's websites or the information contained therein.

• The Center shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from errors or failure to update information on the Center's websites.

• The Center reserves the right to add or change any of the terms of use.

• The Center reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Sites when necessary for maintenance, development, or modification, until completion of the necessary work.

• The Center reserves the right to suspend and disable any link, in any form, from any unauthorized site or any site containing inappropriate, obscene, offensive, vulgar, pornographic, objectionable, or illegal content, or containing names, materials, or information that violate any law or infringe any public or private rights.

• The Center assumes no responsibility for the content available on any other site accessed through these sites or accessed through the Center's services.

User Blocking

The Center may, at its sole discretion, terminate, restrict, or suspend a user's right to access the Center's Sites without notice and for any reason, including violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use or any other conduct that the Center deems, in its sole discretion, to be illegal or harmful to others. In the event of termination, the user will not be permitted to access the Sites.

Intellectual Property Rights

Users of the Center's websites are obligated to maintain the intellectual property rights of the Center's websites, which include, but are not limited to, the following: All content on the websites, including services and information, is fully protected in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Users may not sell, license, rent, modify, copy, reproduce, upload, advertise, transmit, distribute, edit, or create derivative works from any materials or content on the Center's websites for the public or for commercial purposes without the Center's prior written consent. Modification of the contents of the Center's websites is prohibited. Graphics and images on the Center's websites are protected by law and may not be copied or exploited in any way without the Center's prior written consent.

The Center is not liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exceptional damages arising from the use of or inability to use its websites. All information contained on the Center's websites is for general information and guidance only. The Center makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of this data, information, or related materials contained on the websites. They may not be used for any other purpose, except for the laws, regulations, and similar provisions contained on the websites.
