Supervisor General office
Responsible for organizing and managing the work of the Supervisor General with high efficiency through overseeing correspondence and transactions, organizing and coordinating meetings, engagements, and local and international participation. The Office also follows up on the implementation of directives and decisions in coordination with relevant departments and entities, in addition to preparing agendas, managing schedules, and providing the necessary information and support to decision-makers, thereby enhancing workflow efficiency, improving the accuracy of follow-up processes, and increasing the effectiveness of administrative coordination.
Supervisor General office - Editing and Review Department
Responsible for overseeing editing, linguistic review, and translation activities related to institutional content, while ensuring the quality and consistency of outputs in alignment with the institutional identity and approved standards. The Department also prepares and reviews official correspondence and executive content supporting decision-making, in addition to designing materials, presentations, and visual content that enhance the clarity of institutional messages and improve the efficiency of institutional communication in support of the Center’s objectives and strategic direction.
Supervisor General office - Document Management and Confidential Office
Responsible for organizing and managing the lifecycle of documents and transactions in accordance with best professional practices through classification, archiving, preservation, and access control. The Department also manages confidential correspondence and transactions of all classifications, as well as regular correspondence, and tracks them through electronic systems that ensure accurate registration and rapid retrieval. Furthermore, it develops documentation methods, implements digital archiving solutions, and enhances their integration with related systems, thereby strengthening information protection, improving document circulation efficiency, reducing data loss, and enhancing access to information.
Internal Audit Department
Responsible for evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Center’s control and governance systems through conducting periodic audit activities, analyzing operations, and verifying compliance with approved policies and procedures. The Department also prepares reports and developmental recommendations and develops risk-based audit methodologies, thereby enhancing procedural integrity, improving performance efficiency, supporting accurate decision-making, and achieving a higher level of institutional transparency.
Investments and Resources Department
Responsible for developing financial resources and maximizing the utilization of assets and endowments through the preparation of investment strategies, conducting studies, analyzing opportunities, managing investments, and monitoring their performance. The Department also works to diversify revenue sources and manage fundraising campaigns, in addition to evaluating returns and improving resource allocation, thereby enhancing revenue sustainability, increasing resource utilization efficiency, improving spending efficiency, and supporting the Center’s financial stability.
Legal Department
Responsible for protecting the interests of the Center and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and legislation through providing legal consultations, reviewing policies and regulations, and drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements. The Department also represents the Center before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities, follows up on cases and disputes, and prepares legal memoranda and documentation.
Public Relations and Media Department
Responsible for building and enhancing the Center’s public image through the preparation and implementation of media strategies, management of audio, visual, and digital content, and external institutional communication. The Department produces various media materials, including videos, films, documentaries, humanitarian stories, press and visual reports, in addition to preparing and publishing press releases. It also manages the Center’s social media accounts and official website. Furthermore, the Department organizes, participates in, and manages local and international events and works to build, strengthen, and expand local and international media and communication networks with governmental and media entities, both domestically and internationally, as well as foreign embassies within the Kingdom. In addition, it oversees media campaigns and coverage, monitors all content published about the Center in media outlets and on social media platforms, and develops and ensures the consistency of the Center’s media messages and communication identity, thereby enhancing media presence and effectiveness with the objective of highlighting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s international humanitarian and relief efforts and strengthening its humanitarian image globally.
Information Technology Department
Responsible for enabling the Center’s technological infrastructure through the development and operation of systems and applications and the management of infrastructure, networks, and databases. The Department also provides technical support, enhances information security, and protects systems and data. In addition, it develops digital solutions, improves systems integration, and enhances the readiness of technical services, thereby ensuring business continuity, increasing operational efficiency, improving systems reliability, and supporting rapid operational response.
Partnership and International Relations Department
Responsible for building and developing strategic relationships with international and local entities, as well as United Nations and regional organizations, through identifying strategic opportunities, attracting partners, and activating cooperation agreements. The Department also coordinates and implements joint initiatives, Strengthens the Centre’s presence at regional and international forums, monitors opportunities, and facilitates the exchange of expertise and knowledge. In addition, it monitors partnership performance and evaluates outcomes, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the Centre’s partnerships and international relations.
International Communication and Media Center
To enhance and expand the Kingdom’s positive image internationally in forums and external events and among United Nations and international organizations through the use of the widely adopted official United Nations languages. This contributes to strengthening the Center’s global media presence through managing content in both Arabic and English, preparing international media plans for the Center’s external projects, and supervising their implementation through the media performance of the Center’s partners to ensure the effectiveness and impact of media plans and coverage. The Center also manages and implements international campaigns and media coverage, builds relationships with media outlets and media entities affiliated with United Nations and international organizations, and establishes dedicated media databases. In addition, it monitors and analyzes media coverage and measures media impact, thereby contributing to highlighting the Kingdom’s humanitarian and relief efforts delivered through the Center and enhancing the Kingdom’s positive international image.
Financial Control Department
Responsible for reviewing payment orders related to financial claims and advances and ensuring the validity of supporting disbursement documents in accordance with internal financial policies and regulations. The Department also reviews agreements and financial contributions and monitors compliance with approved financial procedures in a manner that achieves efficiency and financial discipline, contributes to reducing financial risks, and enhances the reliability of financial data.
Monitoring and Evaluation Department
Responsible for developing monitoring and evaluation standards, assessing implemented projects and programs, and measuring documented results in accordance with best practices. The Department also analyzes results, verifies data quality, measures the impact of implemented projects, prepares periodic reports, extracts lessons learned, and provides recommendations to ensure enhanced transparency and accountability and improve institutional performance.
Non-Profit Local Organizations Affairs Department
Responsible for organizing and monitoring the activities of charitable associations and civil institutions wishing to operate outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reviewing applications, issuing approvals for international operations, and coordinating efforts in implementing joint projects and programs through establishing clear frameworks for contracting and cooperation. The Department also seeks to support and empower the non-profit sector through development programs, capacity building, and enhancing institutional efficiency to serve as an effective partner in achieving national objectives.
Cybersecurity Department
Responsible for protecting the Center’s information and technological assets through the development of security policies and procedures, management of cybersecurity risks, monitoring threats, and responding to incidents. The Department also applies protection controls, conducts security testing, and promotes awareness and compliance, thereby ensuring the security of systems and data, maintaining business continuity, reducing risks, and enhancing the reliability of the Center’s digital environment.

Responsible for strengthening the governance framework and ensuring compliance with regulations and systems within the Center through the application of best local and international standards. The Department also works to enhance the Center’s proactive capabilities in risk analysis and mitigation, thereby strengthening institutional oversight and discipline. In addition, it reviews and develops authorities and general policies aimed at protecting the Center and ensuring business continuity in support of achieving its strategic objectives.
Research and studies Department
Responsible for providing analytical and knowledge support through preparing specialized studies and research, analyzing data and indicators, and identifying challenges and opportunities. The Department also works to build knowledge databases, develop research methodologies, strengthen partnerships with research centers and academic institutions, facilitate knowledge transfer and exchange of expertise, and prepare evaluation and analytical reports for the Center’s programs, projects, and initiatives while providing evidence-based recommendations. These efforts enhance analytical depth and improve the quality of analytical outputs. The Department is also responsible for promoting a culture of innovation and development within the Center by identifying opportunities and transforming ideas into innovative initiatives and projects.

Information and Reports Department
Responsible for establishing an integrated system for collecting, reviewing, organizing, analyzing, classifying, and presenting data and information related to humanitarian and development assistance provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to all countries in a clear and reliable manner. The Department also registers such assistance on the Saudi Aid Platform and documents all aid provided by the Center and Saudi donor entities on relevant international platforms. In addition, it issues periodic and annual reports that enable leadership and decision-makers to make timely decisions based on accurate information.
Strategic Planning Department
Responsible for establishing a clear institutional framework that links the vision, mission, strategic objectives, and operational processes through preparing strategic plans, analyzing the operating environment, and identifying priorities. The Department also develops performance indicators, monitors the implementation of strategic initiatives, and supports decision-making through analytical insights, thereby enhancing institutional performance efficiency, aligning efforts with strategic directions, and contributing to sustainability and institutional excellence.
Volunteer Programs Department
Responsible for organizing and enabling volunteer work within the Center through attracting, registering, qualifying, and developing volunteers’ capabilities, as well as establishing a clear system for managing volunteer opportunities and organizing volunteers’ roles and responsibilities, in addition to managing the Saudi External Volunteerism Portal. The Department also designs and implements volunteer programs across multiple fields and strengthens partnerships with government entities, non-profit organizations, and the private sector to achieve the Center’s objectives and maximize humanitarian impact.
Projects Management office
Responsible for governing and organizing project management within the Center through standardizing project management policies, procedures, templates, and standards, thereby enhancing consistency and transparency and strengthening institutional discipline throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. The Office also contributes to increasing project success rates and achieving objectives within approved timelines and budgets. In addition, it plays an important role in supporting institutional governance by providing accurate and transparent reports to senior management and enabling decision-makers to monitor progress and deviations and take corrective actions in a timely manner. The Office also supports digital transformation through electronic project management systems that enhance execution efficiency and response speed.

The Sector also directs resources according to priorities, ensures the quality of assistance provided, and enhances integration among various programs and projects. In addition, it seeks to improve and elevate responses to both emergency and sustainable needs while adhering to international standards and best practices, thereby reinforcing the Center’s position and role in serving affected communities and beneficiary countries.
Urgent Aid Department
Responsible for implementing rapid response operations during emergencies and disasters by providing humanitarian and relief assistance and supervising the implementation of projects in the areas of food security and shelter in affected countries, in cooperation with accredited partners and local entities. The Department also provides logistical requirements and supports field operations. Furthermore, it undertakes advance response planning and enhances coordination with local and international entities and humanitarian organizations, thereby improving the speed and efficiency of response efforts, contributing to saving lives and alleviating the suffering of affected populations, and reflecting the Center’s leading role in emergency humanitarian relief operations.
Health and Environmental Aid Department
Responsible for humanitarian and relief response across its three sectors: health, water and environmental sanitation, and nutrition. This is achieved through assessing humanitarian needs, determining the scale of interventions, and implementing humanitarian programs and projects through United Nations, international, and local organizations in cooperation with and under the supervision of relevant governmental entities. These efforts contribute to the provision of primary, secondary, and specialized healthcare services, limiting the spread of epidemics, combating infectious diseases, strengthening immunization, and supporting maternal and child healthcare. The Department also enhances access to safe water resources in all related fields, sanitation services, and the safe disposal of various types of waste, while promoting environmental pollution mitigation. In addition, it works to prevent and treat malnutrition among children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and the most vulnerable groups, with the ultimate goal of preserving human dignity and ensuring the sustainability of services to foster a safe and healthy environment.
Operations Support Department
Responsible for enabling the Center to effectively plan humanitarian responses through collecting and analyzing data related to crises and disasters. The Department also continuously monitors humanitarian situations through information sources and early warning centers to ensure proactive and efficient response efforts. In addition, it prepares operational frameworks, supports civil-military coordination activities in conflict areas, conducts field assessments, and qualifies partners, thereby enhancing response readiness, improving the quality of program and project implementation, supporting decision-making, and achieving operational efficiency.
Community Support Department
Responsible for designing and implementing humanitarian and relief projects and programs with sustainable impact, contributing to improving quality of life, empowering individuals and communities, and promoting self-reliance. The Department develops and implements specialized initiatives in the areas of social protection, education, economic empowerment, and livelihood improvement, including support for the agricultural sector, in partnership with United Nations organizations and international and local organizations operating in the humanitarian sector. These efforts contribute to enhancing stability, recovery, and the resilience of affected communities.
Rehabilitation Department
Responsible for implementing engineering-related projects within the recovery sector. The Department contributes to the recovery of communities affected by natural disasters, conflicts, or situations of fragility and vulnerability through providing essential recovery needs, including permanent or transitional shelter and the restoration of educational, healthcare, and community facilities. These efforts aim to achieve an integrated response from relief to recovery and enable communities to attain stability and development
Branch Management
Responsible for organizing and managing the operations of the Center’s branches inside and outside the Kingdom through supervising branch operations, developing policies and procedures, coordinating efforts with relevant entities, monitoring performance, and providing operational and logistical support. The Department also oversees the implementation of financial and administrative systems, prepares databases and periodic reports, evaluates performance, assesses humanitarian needs and submits related recommendations, supervises project implementation follow-up, conducts field monitoring and evaluation activities, and extracts lessons learned. Responsible for managing the Center’s financial resources through financial planning, budget preparation, financial reporting, expenditure monitoring, and financial performance analysis. The Department also manages cash flows and enhances oversight and compliance with financial regulations and policies, thereby ensuring the optimal use of resources, achieving financial balance, reinforcing financial discipline, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting institutional sustainability.

Responsible for providing the Center’s operational and strategic requirements through demand planning, management of procurement and contracting processes, and selection of qualified suppliers. The Department also manages contracts and enhances compliance and governance in accordance with approved regulations and policies, thereby ensuring the efficient use of financial resources, achieving best value for cost, and establishing effective contractual relationships that enhance supply reliability and improve spending efficiency.
Warehouse Department
Responsible for preparing and equipping warehouses, managing inventory, and ensuring the preservation of materials, supplies, and assets through the implementation of receiving, storage, disbursement, transportation, and logistics operations in accordance with best practices. The Department also regulates inventory levels, applies inventory and control systems, and improves the utilization of storage spaces to ensure the availability of operational requirements with the required efficiency, while contributing to cost reduction and enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of operations.
