KSrelief Holds “Literacy is a Key in Sustainable Development” Seminar in Aden

ADEN, YEMEN: King Salman Humanitarian
Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) recently held a seminar, in Aden entitled “Literacy
is Imperative in Sustainable Development and the Development of Nations” as part
of a larger KSrelief initiative, “Institutional Capacity Building Project for
Governmental Centers and Schools Working in the Fields of Education and
Literacy for Students and People with Disabilities”.
The Seminar discussed several topics including, eradicating
illiteracy between reality and what we hope; the role of local authorities in
reducing illiteracy; educating adults in Yemen; and the role of media in
reducing the spread of illiteracy.
KSrelief has implemented more than 700 impartial,
multisectoral humanitarian initiatives across Yemen, providing vital assistance
to millions of people in need throughout the country.
