YEMEN: From 13 to 15 October, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) distributed personal hygiene kits for 600 orphans and their families in the West Coast, Ma’rib, Al Jawf, Al Bayda, Sana’a, and Aden governorates; the aid was handed out as part of KSrelief’s “Seed of Safety” orphan protection program.
The program supports orphans and their families by providing food, shelter, medical and social services, vocational training and educational assistance, among other essential services. The personal hygiene kits are intended to limit the spread of COVID-19 and to increase community awareness about appropriate health protection measures.
