KSrelief Team Inspects Oxygen Cylinder Filing Factory at Qishn General Hospital in Yemen

AL MAHRAH, YEMEN: A
team from King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) recently
visited the oxygen cylinder filling factory at Qishn General Hospital in Yemen's Al
Mahrah governorate; the factory is funded by KSrelief in cooperation with the
World Health Organization.
The team was
briefed on the modern equipment
and the central control panel in the factory, which illustrates the operation
mechanism of the main pressure systems and their successive stages
through the connecting pipes between the different units in modern
medical-industrial devices.
The factory's production
capacity reaches 22,630 oxygen cylinders per
year, equivalent to 905,200 liters.
These cylinders benefit the directorates of Qishn, Sayhut, Al-Masilah, and
Haswayn in Al Mahrah Governorate
The visit is
part of the humanitarian and relief projects provided by the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, represented by the center, to support the Yemeni health sector and
secure the necessary medical equipment and supplies for hospitals and health
facilities in Yemen.
