KSrelief Continues Yemen Aid Distribution

YEMEN: King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) recently distributed boxes of dates and Ramadan food baskets to some of the poorest and most crisis-affected families in the Shabwah, Aden and Ma’rib governorates. 

On 22 May, 2,790 food baskets were handed out to 1,395 families in the districts of Khur Maksar, Crater, Mualla and Attawahi in Aden, and 563 food baskets to 187 families in the Ataq district of Shabwah. 3,125 boxes of dates were also provided to 3,125 IDP families in the Al Wadi and Raghwan districts of Ma’rib. 

KSrelief also recently launched an urgent food and shelter aid distribution project to help people affected by heavy rains and flooding in several parts of Yemen.
