The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) dispatched the seventeenth batch of the Saudi relief bridge in Riyadh to assist the brotherly Syrian people, which will be delivered to the Ministry of Health in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Dr. Salah Al-Marzouq, Assistant Supervisor General of KSrelief for Financial and Administrative Affairs, clarified that the aid includes a range of medical devices, supplies, and logistics equipment, including: 10 modern ambulances, 30 generators, various spare parts, several heavy machinery, and assorted medical supplies.

Dr. Al-Marzouq noted that since the beginning of 2025, the aid provided by KSrelief to Syria has included 16 aircraft within the Saudi air relief bridge and 625 trucks within the Saudi land relief bridge, carrying over 10,000 tons of food, shelter, and medical supplies. Additionally, 1,261 surgical operations have been performed under the Saudi Volunteer Hope Program for siblings in Syria, which aims to implement 104 medical and surgical campaigns, as well as provide training and educational programs and economic empowerment initiatives, with the participation of 3,000 volunteers.

These aids represent the ongoing support provided by the Kingdom to its Syrian brothers and affirm the role that the Kingdom plays in extending a helping hand to brotherly and friendly countries during various crises and hardships.
