KSrelief WASH Project Continues in Hajjah and Sa’dah

HAJJAH, YEMEN: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) continues to implement a vital WASH sector project in the districts of Midi, Abs, Harad, and Hayran in the Hajjah governorate, and in the Razih district of the Sa’dah governorate. 

From 4 to 10 November 2021, 28,742 people benefitted from the program’s activities. In Hajjah, 2,808,000 liters of home-use water and 604,000 liters of drinking water were provided to local residents. Ten insecticide spraying campaigns and 90 waste transportation services were carried out, and 280 hygiene kits were distributed. In Sa’dah, residents received 40,000 liters of home-use water and 100,000 liters of drinking water. 

Along with its many aid partners, KSrelief has implemented more than 620 humanitarian projects in Yemen, providing vital assistance and essential services to millions of Yemenis in need.
