KSrelief Continues Mobile Nutritional Clinics in Al Khawkhah

AL HUDAYDAH, YEMEN: King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) continues to operate Mobile Nutritional Clinics in the Al Khawkhah district of Al Hudaydah, Yemen; the clinics are being run in partnership with the Taybah Foundation for Development. 

From 1-6 November 2019, the clinics saw patients as follows: 2,221 in the ER, 1,177 in internal medicine and 127 at the therapeutic feeding clinic. 20 people received immunizations, 235 had injuries treated, and 2 patients were seen through the referral system. Mobile medical teams visited 373 patients, and 13 people received inpatient services.  

The clinic provided prescriptions to 4,106 beneficiaries, and 1,558 utilized lab testing services. The OB/GYN clinic saw 13 women in the maternity clinics. The awareness-raising and education department saw 709 people. General healthcare received 1,067 patients.
