KSrelief Celebrates World First Aid Day in Zaatari Syrian Refugee Camp in Jordan

AMMAN, JORDAN: King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief
Centre (KSrelief) celebrated the World First Aid Day, on the 9th of
September 2023, in Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan.
As part of the celebration, KSrelief clinics provided many
activities for refugees, including, raising awareness about the importance of
first aid; explaining the principles, methods and basic knowledge of first aid;
educating people on how to do first aid in case of accidents to contribute to
saving lives; and introducing the main authorities that provide accredited
first aid courses.
This comes as part of the continuous humanitarian and relief
support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Syrian refugees. It
aims to combat illiteracy, spread education, and enhance culture and knowledge
among camp residents.
