Emergency Center for Epidemic Disease Control in Hajjah Continues to Provide Services

HAJJAH, YEMEN: The Emergency Center for Epidemic Disease Control continues to provide treatment services for beneficiaries in the Hajjah governorate, with the support of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) in cooperation with the Taybah Foundation for Development. 

From 8 to 14 October 2020, 860 patients were seen in the registration and sorting department, 87 in the observation department, and 41 in inpatient services. The epidemic disease clinic saw 860 patients, and the health education and awareness department had 682 visitors. Prescriptions were provided by the pharmacy to 893 patients. Medical referral system services were provided for 35 patients, and 5 waste disposal activities were completed.
