KSrelief Team Delivers the Kingdom's Gift of Dates to Bangladesh

DHAKA, BANGLADESH: A team from King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) delivered yesterday 50 tons of the Kingdom's “Gift of Dates” to Bangladesh. The shipment was officially handed over by Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Bangladesh, Essa Yussef Al Dulaihan, to the Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, Munir Al Zaman. 

The ceremony, which was held at the Saudi Embassy in Bangladesh, was attended by the Head of the West Asia Department at Bangladesh’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Iqbal Hussein; the Director of the West Asia Department at Bangladesh’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Iqbal Hussein; the Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Tarafdar Mahmudur Rahman; the Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Muhammad Hussain; and KSrelief’s team.

The Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, Munir Al Zaman thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and KSrelief for the permanent support and the unsurprising standing by the people in Bangladesh.

The Kingdom's “Gift of Dates” program is just one of the initiatives the Kingdom’s leadership has implemented through KSrelief to provide comprehensive and impartial support to the international community.
