Electronic services for Saudi Non-Profit Organization
This service allows the issuance of a preliminary approval certificate to work outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for local non-profit organizations to implement humanitarian relief projects and volunteer programs outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Submitting a copy of the association/non-profit organization's license certificate issued by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development, provided that it is valid
- Submitting a copy of the bylaws of the association/non-profit organization accredited by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development.
- Submitting the approval decision for the formation of the Board of Directors of the association/Board of Trustees of the nonprofit foundation, as approved by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development
- Submitting the annual report of the association/non-profit organization.
- Submitting the governance report approved by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development
- Signing the disclosure document relating to the members of the board of directors of the association/non-profit organization.
- Submitting an official, approved letter of authorization addressed to the center specifying the main means of communication (the liaison officer), who will be responsible for registering the local non-profit organization, authenticating declarations, updating the organization’s data, renewing the initial approval certificate to work abroad, and maintaining continuous and ongoing coordination with the center.
