KSrelief’s Supported Prosthetics Centre in Hadramout Provides Services to 578 Beneficiaries

The Project for the Operation of the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Centre in Seiyun, Hadramout, provided its diverse medical services to 578 beneficiaries among the brotherly Yemeni people who have lost their limbs during the month of May 2026, with the generous support of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief).
The project delivered a total of 1,552 services, where males accounted for 54% and females 46% of the recipients. Displaced persons made up 15% of the total beneficiaries, while residents accounted for 85%. The services varied between the manufacturing, fitting, and rehabilitation of prosthetic limbs, physical therapy, and specialized medical consultations.
This initiative comes as an extension of the humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom, represented by the Centre, to enhance the capabilities of the health sector and alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people.
