In 2020, KSrelief continued to provide humanitarian and relief aid to developing countries around the world, with aid amounting to SAR 1,960,069,701, equivalent to USD 522,685,254 dollars, to 51 countries.

The top ten countries receiving humanitarian and relief aid from KSrelief in 2020 are presented in the report below; 167 projects were implemented, amounting to SAR 1.81 billion (USD 484.2 million).

KSrelief implemented 247 projects directly via its 93 partners that included United Nations agencies and other international, regional, and national organizations.
