Arabic Version - Annual Report Center achievements 2023

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a longstanding tradition of providing aid to developing nations and those impacted by disasters and crises. In 2023, Saudi Arabia funded 509 humanitarian and development projects, with total aid amounting to 19.27 billion Saudi Riyals, equivalent to 5.14 billion US dollars. This substantial aid was distributed across multiple sectors and extended to 85 countries.

In the same year, the Kingdom allocated 4.66 billion Saudi Riyals (1.24 billion US dollars) specifically for humanitarian and relief aid. This amount represented 3.6% of the total global humanitarian aid provided in 2023, positioning Saudi Arabia as the fourth largest donor of humanitarian aid worldwide.
