​​​​​​​​​​ "High -Level Meeting to Enhance Humanitarian Response in Yemen"— Sunday, October 29, 2017 Recommendations

First:A Team to Support Needs and Response ​​​
The team's primary task is to support the process of needs and response by verifying actual needs through comparison of needs reports on the Yemeni crisis

Second: A Team to Mobilize Technical and Financial Support ​​​
Their task will be to provide the necessary support to humanitarian organizations and humanitarian projects in Yemen ​

Third: A Fair Response:​​​
Five geographical areas are identified and adopted in response to the humanitarian needs of Yemen; this will help to redistribute humanitarian assistance fairly to all Yemenis. These areas are: Aden, Hadhramaut, Ma'rib, Al Hudaydah and Sana'a. These areas cover all Yemeni regions and communities:
1) A relief and management Center in Aden that covers: Aden, Lahij, Dhale, Abyan and Taiz
2) A relief Center in Hadhramaut that covers: Hadhramaut, Shabwah, Al Mahrah and Socotra
3) A relief Center in Ma'rib that covers: Ma'rib, Al Bayda', Al Jawf and Dhamar
4) A relief Center in Al Hudaydah that covers: Al Hudaydah, Al Mahwit, Raymah and Hajjah 
5) A relief Center in Sana'a that covers: 'Amran, Amanat Al Asimah and Sa'dah

Fourth: ​​​
Support the initiative of UN envoy Ismail OuId Cheikh regarding Al Hudaydah Port and Sana'a Airport, with emphasis on using the rest of the Yemeni ports and the Saudi port of ​Jizan and land -crossings areas; this will facilitate access to humanitarian assistance ​​
Fifth​: ​​​
U​rge more international humanitarian organizations to participate in Yemen's humanitarian work and to be present in all areas of Yemen without exception​​​
